Shipping Destinations and Regions

We proudly ship our products worldwide.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • South Africa: 5 business days
  • Europe and USA: 7-10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 14 business days

Please note: Delivery times are only estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local postal delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep. If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of your purchase, please contact us.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may incur customs fees upon arrival. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office. Customers are responsible for any additional fees and should consult their country’s customs policies before purchasing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Returns and Refunds

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our guidelines below for returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for custom-made or personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support at lebohoms@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
  3. Please ship the items back within 7 days of receiving return confirmation. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of shipping for exchanged items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at lebohoms@gmail.com.
